Jarid is a third generation burner/boiler service technician. He has worked with many different brands to be able to figure out which brands deliver on their promise and hold up after their initial investment. He spent many years supporting hospitals and plants being a 24/7 on-call technician that quickly learned what works and what is smoke and mirrors. He spent many years working for multiple manufacturing representatives doing new burner and boiler start-ups and installations. Not only was he responsible for bidding and selling the equipment, but he was ultimately responsible for making it work exactly as promised. His customer base allowed him to expose an area of the industry that is lacking between the engineering, sales, installation, commissioning and servicing of multiple brands of equipment. What he has produced in the field has allowed him to garner great relationships and an excellent reputation with many manufacturer’s representatives. He believes that sometimes over-engineered isn’t better; it often leads to less reliability and poor performance. Knowing when and where to invest can be the difference that his services provide.

Jarid has been a licensed pipefitter, master service technician, project manager, and job foreman. Emissary Mechanical Consulting was born out of an industry demand for his expertise where others struggled.

Outside of work, Jarid is an avid father of 5 kids (and two dogs), and a devoted husband. He enjoys everything powersports and is a skilled meat chef. His passion is to spend time with his family, and less time dealing with mechanical crises provides that. His goal is to provide the same luxury to his customers.
